Barbell Club

Develop knowledge & application of compound lifts. Each session consists of 4 main lifts.

60 minute session


A metabolic workout combining strength & endurance to give you the ultimate caloric burn.

45 minute session


Boxing & Kickboxing workout on the heavy bag.

Mixing technique work with partners, max effort burnouts and bodyweight exercises.

45 minute session


Full body workout in traditional circuit style.

Each class will use a variety of our incredible HIIT equipment, barbells & training rig.
