Our Facility

Some gyms are designed for photos. PPC is designed for training. Every piece of equipment here earns its floor space - and there's a lot of floor space.

ZONE  A - The WEigths Room

This is where serious training happens. With fifteen squat racks, a full range of heavy dumbbells, and a wide selection of plate-loaded and cable machines, you'll never queue, never compromise, and never run out of ways to make progress.

Whether you're hitting a PB or working through a structured programme, the weights room is equipped to match your ambitions - at any level.

ZONE  B - The Cardio Suite

Cardio done properly. Our suite is stocked with a diverse range of machines built for everything from steady-state endurance sessions to high-intensity intervals. Pick your pace and get to work.

Whether you're warming up, cooling down, or making cardio the main event - you'll find exactly what you need here.

The Cardio Suite

ZONE  C - The Compound

Our largest training space and the heart of PPC's functional fitness offering. Centred around a five-bay performance rig with ten squat racks and pull-up stations, The Compound is designed for athletes who move with purpose.

Strongman equipment, cardio machines, and an open floor plan make this the go-to space for CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Hyrox training, and group fitness classes. Versatile enough for any style of training. Big enough to never feel crowded.
